Storm Damage & Insurance Restoration

Hit by Hail or Wind? We Handle the Whole Claim.

Most storm damage can’t be seen from the ground — and insurance claims have deadlines. We document everything with photos, meet your adjuster on site, and manage your claim from filing to final nail so you get the roof you’re owed, not the cheapest patch.

Real Work, Documented

Damage You Can’t See Is Still Damage

Failing flashing, bruised shingles, lifted ridge caps — the stuff that lets water in slowly is invisible from your driveway. That’s why every inspection comes with photo documentation. If we find damage, you’ll see exactly what we saw. If we don’t, we tell you that too.

Insurance Claim FAQs

How long do I have to file a storm damage claim?

Most Iowa policies give you six months to a year from the storm date — but the longer you wait, the harder damage is to tie to a specific storm. If you suspect damage, get the free inspection now even if you’re not sure you’ll file.

Will filing a claim raise my rates?

Weather claims are “act of God” claims — insurers typically raise rates regionally after major storms whether you file or not. Not filing usually just means you paid premiums and got nothing back.

What if my claim gets denied?

Denials often come from thin documentation, not lack of damage. Our photo documentation and on-site adjuster meetings exist to prevent that — and if a legitimate claim is denied, we help you request a re-inspection.

What do I pay out of pocket?

Typically your deductible — that’s it. Insurance covers the approved scope; we work within it and tell you up front if anything falls outside.
